根据《外国人在中国就业管理规定》，以下外国人免办来华工作许可：
According to the Rules for The Administration of Employment of Foreigners in China, the following foreigners are exempted from FWP application:

外国驻华使、领馆和联合国驻华代表机构、其他国际组织中享有外交特权与豁免的人员。

Personnel of foreign diplomatic or consular missions in China, UN representative offices in China and others with diplomatic privileges and immunities of other international organizations.

已获得我国永久居留权（中国绿卡）的外国人。

Foreigners with China’s permanent residence (Chinese Green Card).

持有《外国人在中华人民共和国从事海上石油业作业工作准证》从事海上石油作业、不需 登陆、有特殊技能的外籍劳务人员。

Foreign laborers with special skills to perform offshore petroleum operations without going ashore, holding Foreigner’s Work Permit to Perform Offshore Petroleum Operation in the People’s Republic of China.

经文化和旅游部批准持《临时营业演出许可证》进行营业性文艺演出的外国人。
